How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

Refund Conditions

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Valid Purchase: The license must have been purchased through our official checkout system
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • License Deactivation: Upon refund, your PRO license will be deactivated and you'll revert to the FREE tier

Processing Time

Once we confirm your refund request, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Methods: Varies by provider

Important Notes

Processing Fees

Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable. These fees are charged directly by the payment providers and are beyond our control. The refunded amount will be the full purchase price minus any applicable payment processing fees.

License Reactivation

If you change your mind after receiving a refund, you can always purchase a new license. Your previous license key will not be reactivated - you'll receive a new one.

Exceptions

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all legitimate purchases. However, we reserve the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

  • Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
  • Repeated refund requests (abuse of refund policy)
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third parties
